 Why upset dealers? Why Upset Customers?
For years now there has been a quite interferance by networks into connections dealers make. What could that be you may ask. A customer is spoken to by a dealer, he does all the things he need to to provide the customer with what they need for their usage, and then provides a phone for them. So far so good, the customer signs up with the dealer and the network gets a new customer. In the case of upgrades the same thing happends, and again the dealer has retained that customer on the network for another 24 months. From this point the network should be happy, the customer has not left and is staying with them, but are they satisfied with that?
The answer unfortuatly is NO, the network then calls the customer or it may be the customer calls the network customer services for advice and what do they do?
The operators even when they are told they have already been upgraded by a dealer and have package, the operator immediatly goes about saying that the dealer does not connect for them or they do not know the dealer after looking up on google. Then the battle starts, the operators will tell the customer to return the phone to the dealer and they will cancel the connection, and that THEY will give the customer a better deal, and so signs up the customer themselves.
